Half of the annual dues should be paid on January 1st.  The final half payment is due on July 1st.  Homeowners will be notified in December of any changes in annual fees.

Each member’s home is provided with one Fob for free, and has the ability to purchase a second fob.  There is a fee for replacement.  Email using Contact Us and choose Sportsplex Fob or call Towne Properties main line.

 

 

Households in Vista Pointe may obtain remotes for the Zoar Gate by submitting a Zoar Gate Request Form.  The remotes should be turned in prior to moving out of the neighborhood to avoid a replacement fee.
